- 7 oz. sugar
- 6 oz. heavy cream
- 1/8 tsp. Kosher salt
- 2 c. milk of your choice
- 5-quart stainless steel pot

- Once the mixture is fully chilled and thick, add two cups milk of your choice to the base.
- Secure the lid on the jar and shake until the cream is thoroughly mixed and the texture is consistent.
- Once everything is mixed well, place in the refrigerator until chilled.
For a richer creamer, use whole milk. For a lower-fat option, use one percent or nonfat milk. Homemade coffee creamer should keep in the refrigerator for 7 to 10 days.
Since the creamer is made from a variety of milk products, each with its own expiration date, the best way to tell if your creamer has gone bad is the sniff test. If it has a sour smell, discard it.

Everything that is, other than acidic ingredients. Avoid lemon, orange, and other acidic flavors that can curdle the milk! Some of our favorite flavors include:
Almond
For a sweet, nutty flavor add ¼ tsp of almond extract.
Chocolate Extract
For mocha lovers, add ¼ tsp of chocolate extract.
Peppermint
For a hint of mint add ¼ tsp of peppermint extract. For a winter treat, combine it with chocolate extract.
Coconut
For a dash of the tropics and ¼ tsp of coconut extract.
Irish Coffee Creamer
要做出令人满意的无酒精版本,可以加入2茶匙无糖可可粉、1茶匙浓缩咖啡粉、1 / 4茶匙杏仁精和1 / 4茶匙香草精。
